Day 11 | Manifesting Grace Through Gratitude | Nature’s Generosity Is Waiting. | 21 Day Meditation Challenge

In today’s meditation, we learn how nature is always ready to give and support us. We just need to open up and connect with that unlimited abundance.

Gratitude is the way we connect with nature’s generosity and bring its support directly into our lives. This expanded and interactive relationship between us and nature re-establishes the mind-body system to its healthy and balanced state.

Instead of feeling fear and anxiety, our wide awareness now flourishes and is shared by the generosity of the soul. Expanded awareness improves the entire functioning of your body as well, from your cells to your genes.

Day 11 – Nature’s Generosity Is Waiting

The most fortunate are those who have a wonderful capacity to appreciate again and again, freshly and naively, the basic goods of life, with awe, pleasure, wonder and even ecstasy.

Abraham Maslow

I want to know, are you sensing how life broadens, when you expand your awareness through gratitude? Are you noticing, how gratitude when experienced and expressed from the purest part of you comes back to you in bigger and more unexpected ways?

Well, that is no coincidence, the more we open up in gratitude, the more benevolently the universe responds. Deepak is going to show us the generosity of that law is always there in nature, patiently awaiting us to see it. Just as every flower blooms in every tree sprouts new leaves.

We see the ways in which nature creates its own cycle of abundance when we open in gratitude to the bounty. In every moment, the universe’s infinite abundance is here for us always. There is no greater comfort than to know and believe this to be true.

So, let’s relax into that comfort, as Deepak leads us deeper, and then as always we will sit in silence and let it fill us. We’ll meditate

OUR CENTERING THOUGHT:

The more grateful I am, the more my life is supported.

OUR SANSKRIT MANTRA:

Om Purnam Adah

Universality is wholeness.
